Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Security Architect in London to join a growing cybersecurity team. You will design, implement and manage cutting-edge security solutions across the business, spanning IAM, device security, Conditional Access and vulnerability management, with a strong emphasis on secure-by-default and zero-trust environments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, strong IAM proficiency (Entra ID, Conditional Access, PAM), cloud experience with Azure

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on cybersecurity experience.
• Proficiency with Entra ID, Conditional Access and PAM.
• Cloud experience with Azure and AWS.
• Scripting experience in Python.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Experience leading vulnerability management programmes, tooling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage cybersecurity solutions across the business.
• Lead vulnerability management programmes, including tooling, reporting and cross-team coordination.
• Drive secure-by-default and zero-trust architectures across the organisation.
• Oversee IAM, device security, and access control initiatives (IAM, Conditional Access, PAM).
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture.
