Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Chef/Cook (Zero Hours) to support Healthcare operations on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. You will prepare high-quality food, oversee menus, and contribute to delivering exceptional client service across our healthcare venues.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Food Hygiene certificate required.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food services.
• Listen and act on customer feedback to improve our services.
• Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
