Job summary

Switch is seeking a Service Delivery Agent in the Guildford area. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and prepared for delivery, while logging any pre- or post-rental damage according to Switch procedures.

This role involves driving, documenting, and upholding safety standards throughout the day. The ideal candidate holds a full manual licence for at least 12 months, demonstrates attention to detail, and can adapt to flexible hours and locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect vehicles from multiple locations.
• Record vehicle damage using Switch procedures.
• Perform thorough safety checks before delivery and at inspections.
• Complete fuel sheets clearly and accurately.
• Clean vehicles to Switch standards and meet customer requirements.
• Verify rental documents and complete paperwork as needed.
• Adhere to all Switch vehicle procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
