Youth Worker / Educational Support Officer

Prospero Teaching is seeking a Youth Worker to join their school, located in a purpose-built facility in Bolton. This school provides specialized support for young people with SEMH needs. Staff who are calm, patient, resilient, and caring can make a significant difference in this environment.

We have partnered with this group of schools for several years and are keen to hire an enthusiastic graduate for this role. Training opportunities are available, and our SLT offers regular CPD sessions. This position is ideal for someone considering teacher training for September 2025 or an experienced SEMH support worker looking to work more actively with young people outside the classroom setting.

Applicants must own a vehicle and be willing to obtain business insurance.
