An education recruitment agency is seeking a Youth Worker to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs in Brentwood. This full-time role involves working both in outreach and school-based settings, requiring previous experience with young people exhibiting challenging behaviour. Axcis Education is currently seeking a Youth Worker to join an alternative provision in Brentwood working on both an outreach and school-based basis. This is a full-time role supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, including those who display challenging behaviour. Previous experience working with young people with SEMH needs is essential. Due to the nature of the role, experience supporting pupils who present challenging behaviour or who may be difficult to engage is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be resilient, patient, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. The school is committed to supporting its students and has a strong, structured support programme in place to help them achieve their full potential.
