A leading education agency is seeking passionate youth workers to support SEN students in Swindon. The role involves working directly with pupils to build confidence and resilience through adaptable and creative teaching methods. This position offers competitive pay and various professional development opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a background in youth work and be committed to the wellbeing of pupils.
Location: Swindon
Hours: 08:30–15:30, Monday–Friday. Full and Part tine roles are available.
Start Date: November 2025/January 2026
Protocol Education are working with a range of SEN schools across Swindon, looking for passionate youth workers to bring their skills into the classroom.
These schools focus on building life skills and confidence through a flexible, practical curriculum. Pupils have a variety of needs including ASD, SEMH and behavioural challenges. Every child has an EHCP to guide their support. You’ll be working 1:1 with pupils and supporting in class, so adaptability and positivity are key.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
