Job summary

Edu Directory in the United Kingdom is seeking a Youth Work Tutor to deliver Youth Work courses to learners in North Wales. You will plan, develop, deliver, evaluate and assess learning programmes in line with learner needs and quality procedures, working independently and with the regional team.

Responsibilities include planning and preparing courses, selecting learning materials, supporting learners, and undertaking administrative tasks for learner funding regulations.

Responsibilities

• Planning and preparing courses - preparing lesson plans and schemes of work.
• Selecting learning materials and a range of learning methods to meet the learner's needs.
• Supporting learners - Assessing learners' previous learning experiences and achievements, providing them with appropriate advice and guidance, and ensuring learners are aware of their progression routes.
• General - undertake administrative tasks in line with regulations for the funding of Adult Learning Wales.
• Attend relevant tutor meetings, quality briefings and relevant accreditation / moderation meetings.
