Job Title: Youth Support Worker

Salary: £13.69 - £18 per day + £66 per sleep-in

About the role

TeacherActive is working with a children’s residential provider in Nottingham. The role is a Residential Support Worker / RSW for a home housing 2 to 7 children and young people aged 7–18, who have been diagnosed with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties), SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), or complex trauma. The successful candidate will work on a full-time basis with a 2 on 4 off shift pattern. The provider adopts a child-focused ethos, prioritising safety, consistency and continuity, and ensuring children’s wishes are heard and respected.
