With an attractive Salary that could earn you up to £32,000 a year.

  • Salary £24,570
  • Average mileage - £250 per month
  • Sleep ins 2 per week
  • On call £17.50 per day, average 1 week a month.

As a Youth Support Worker you will be helping young people transition to independent living, duties include :

  • Provide emotional and practical support, including out-of-hours on-call.
  • Involvement in support plans and risk assessments.
  • Help young people access education, training, and employment.
  • Manage properties and liaise with other professionals.
  • Support our young people to develop independent living skills to prepare them to live fully independently.

What we’re looking for from you :
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with young people.
  • Ability to be resilient and empathetic when working with our young people.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and ability to manage your own workload.
