As a Youth Support Worker you will be helping young people transition to independent living. Duties include:
- Provide emotional and practical support, including out‑of‑hours on‑call.
 
- Take part in support plans and risk assessments.
 
- Help young people access education, training and employment.
 
- Manage properties and liaise with other professionals.
 
- Support young people develop independent living skills.

Requirements:
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
 
- Experience working with young people.
 
- Resilience and empathy when supporting young people.

Employment Details
- Salary: £24,570 per annum
 
- Full‑time
 
- Shift patterns: various to suit you and the service.
 
- On‑call pay: £17.50 per day (average 1 week per month).
 
- Average mileage allowance: £250 per month.
 
- Sleep‑in: 2 per week.
