As a Youth Support Worker you will be helping young people transition to independent living. Your duties include:
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support, including out-of-hours on-call.
- Involvement in support plans and risk assessments.
- Help young people access education, training, and employment.
- Manage properties and liaise with other professionals.
- Support our young people to develop independent living skills to prepare them to live fully independently.

Qualifications and Skills
- A driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with young people.
- Ability to be resilient and empathetic when working with our young people.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities and ability to manage your own workload.
