Job description

As a Youth Support Worker you will be helping young people transition to independent living. Your duties include:

Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and practical support, including out-of-hours on-call.
  • Involvement in support plans and risk assessments.
  • Help young people access education, training, and employment.
  • Manage properties and liaise with other professionals.
  • Support our young people to develop independent living skills to prepare them to live fully independently.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working with young people.
