Overview

This position is responsible for overall care, hospitality and service given to our younger guests (3-12) throughout their stay, to create unforgettable memories of their holidays and specifically in assisting with the daily Recreation Activities, helping with babysitting and Guest Relation Services if needed.

What will I be doing?

As a Youth Staff, you will be part of the Recreation Team which is the main point of contact for the Guest. A Youth Staff truly influences the first impressions for our Guests and creates one-of-a-kind experiences for them. You are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Follow Conrad Service Delivery Standards operating standards in Recreation at all times.
• Maintain a complete understanding of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island’s Team Members Handbook and adhere to the rules and regulations of the Resort.
• Manage, effectively and efficiently, Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene by adhering to the Grooming Standards.
• Understand and adhere to the resort’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Offer younger guests a safe and fun environment.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining standards in the Resort’s Kid’s Club.
• Provide babysitting services upon Guest request.

Qualifications

As a Youth Staff, you should have the below qualifications:

• Hotel School diploma / O Levels or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Outgoing personality, good presentation, team player, very good communication skills (oral and written) and creativity.
