Job summary

Super Soccer Stars in Birmingham is seeking an energetic Soccer Coach to lead children in fun, educational activities while ensuring safety. The ideal candidate has experience working with children and enjoys coaching, while staying patient and enthusiastic in a supportive environment.

New Coaches can handle 5–25 weekly classes, focusing on individual attention, a non-competitive atmosphere, and positive reinforcement. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the program.

THE POSITION:

We want to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader) and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone interested in pursuing early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work 5-25 weekly classes.

THE SCHEDULE

Duringthe weekday, the majority of the hoursare in the morning at child care centers for age groupsone to five and after-school hours for elementary schoolage groups5 to 12. The ideal candidate would have availability on some of the days and times listed below:

• Monday-Friday (Times): 9:00-7:00
• Weekends: (Times) 9:00-1:00

COMPENSATION:

• Assistant Coaches start @ $18/hr
• Upon completion of the training period, Head Coaches receive $25/hr
