Job summary

• Experience in safeguarding of children and young people.
• Good organisational and workload management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct one-to-one interventions with children and young people.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with those at risk.
• Manage and prioritise a varied caseload.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records with high attention to detail.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to support the child’s needs.
• Utilise digital systems and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams) to support casework and communication.
