Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Support Worker for Warminster to help empower young people with emotional difficulties, autism and related behaviours. The role involves long days with sleep-ins and a strong, positive, therapeutic approach.

The ideal candidate is resilient, enthusiastic and able to set clear boundaries while building trust and supporting development of confidence, independence and life skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker with young people or vulnerable individuals.
• Driving licence (Full UK) essential.
• Ability to work long days and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with complex emotional difficulties, Autism, ADHD.
• Build trusting relationships using a positive and therapeutic approach.
