Cumberland Council is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, nurturing home for children and young people at Overend Road, Whitehaven. The role involves shift work, weekends and sleep-in duties as part of a rota, with a permanent contract and 37 hours per week.

You will support young people, promote their wellbeing, ensure their voices are heard and help them build skills, confidence and resilience for the future. DBS checks are required.
