Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Progression Coach (Outreach) to support young people aged 16-20 in the Cheshire West and Chester areas. Qualifications

• Experience in frontline social care within the last 3 years is mandatory.
• Must have a fully enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one.
• A clear understanding of risk management and data security arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Hold a caseload of 6 - 12 young people and conduct weekly sessions.
• Support young people with independent living and necessary skills.
• Collaborate with social workers and support agencies for positive outcomes.

Skills

Experience with young people with complex needs

Team collaboration in multi-agency settings

Understanding of safeguarding requirements

Ability to use IT for reporting

Access to own transport
