Job summary

One YMCA in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Youth Worker to deliver a blend of centre-based and outreach sessions under the Airplay Theory of Change and YMCA Youth Work Strategy. The role offers part-time hours with potential overtime and a supportive team environment.

Initial training will be provided, with weekly hours set at 7 and sessions Tue and Thu. Applicants should be comfortable working with vulnerable groups and be flexible for holiday programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide full training will be given to support your role.
• Support holiday programmes with flexible hours as needed.
