Job summary

A community church in Boston is seeking a passionate individual for a role in youth ministry. The position involves developing a vision that engages young people aged 0 to 30 in their Christian faith. Candidates should have experience in youth work and the ability to inspire and lead a volunteer team. A house is available at reduced rent. Description of Job

Holy Trinity is in a new season, with a new senior leader recently appointed. The church has started to develop a new vision which includes how to intentionally disciple all ages, but particularly those from age 0 to 30. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative person who will come and help develop this vision with the leadership team, with regard to the area of youth ministry . If you have a passion to see young people, come to faith in Jesus and grow and mature in their Christian discipleship, could God be calling you to join our team?

This role would suit a person who has experience of working within a Youth Ministry, who is looking for a new challenge. The church is open to the various skill sets you may have to offer.

You’ll join a friendly, committed and motivated team which aims to bring the best out in people. As part of this team, you will need to inspire, build and equip our volunteer team. In this role we expect you to present and communicate the Christian faith to young people in effective, creative, challenging and relevant ways. You will see opportunities and present ideas while working within the budget set each year.

A house is also available to the successful applicant at a reduced rent if required.

This post is subject to satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary period.
