Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multi-agency team to deliver an integrated approach targeting the reduction and prevention of youth offending
  • Conduct holistic assessments of children and young people, gauging risk, vulnerability, and planning interventions
  • Manage and oversee intervention plans, ensuring engagement from young people, families, and relevant parties
  • Accurately maintain records and attend Court to represent the service and support decision-making
  • Coordinate and deliver group work programmes and serve on duty officer and panel advisor rotas
  • Develop resources and support the training and development of service staff and volunteers
  • Ensure effective communication with partner agencies and contribute to service planning and improvement
