Youth Inclusion – Sessional Coach

Locations : Kingston & Surrey (various youth and community sites)

Pay Rate : £13.85 / hr (London) | £12.60 / hr (outside London)

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Type : Casual (flexible hours – evenings and weekends)

We're recruiting on behalf of Chelsea FC Foundation for Sessional Coaches to join their Youth Inclusion team. This is a great opportunity to get involved in meaningful, community-focused work — using sport and physical activity to engage young people, help them build life skills, and create safer, more inclusive environments.

About the Role

As a Sessional Coach, you'll help deliver structured sessions in youth clubs, schools, and community venues. These include football and multi-sport activities, as well as leadership programmes and workshops covering key social topics. The focus is on engagement, inclusion, and personal development.
