Job summary

A provider of supported housing to young people in Northern Ireland is seeking a Youth Housing Case Worker. In this role, you will offer holistic support to young individuals aged 16 to 21, helping them build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes. Responsibilities include creating support plans and maintaining records. Applicants should have experience working with young people or a relevant degree along with a valid driving license.
