Job summary

Gymfinity Kids in Epsom is seeking coaches from various sporting backgrounds to join our community club at Blenheim High School. Full training will be provided and opportunities for progression are available.

You will plan and develop gymnastics and ninja activities, work with parents, and support a friendly team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. DBS check is required prior to start.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, with relevant qualifications.
• Knowledge of gymnastics or parkour preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
• Passion for working with children.
• Confident leading groups of various sizes.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Enhanced DBS check required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop gymnastics and ninja activities to help customers reach goals.
• Communicate with parents and customers in a professional manner.
• Work as part of a team, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
• Identify training needs and development for yourself or the team.
• Be a role model for customer service at all times.
• Maintain facilities for a great customer experience.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to club success.
