Job summary

Street League in East Scotland is recruiting a Progressions Coordinator to work with the Youth & Community Coach, delivering core programmes and securing opportunities for young people in Falkirk and surrounding areas. The role requires a driver’s licence for frequent travel and an office base in Edinburgh.

As a key member of our charity team, you will deliver employability workshops, build partnerships with employers and colleges, and monitor progress for participants.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with schools, employers and referral agencies.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel across East Scotland and to office in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

• Securing employment, education and training opportunities for Street League participants and supporting them to progress.
• Delivery of Street League’s Academy, including group employability and personal development workshops and qualifications.
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with referral agencies and developing further partnerships with employers or colleges.
• Monitoring and reporting on outcomes and progress.
