Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant Practitioner to join the Healthy Minds Lincolnshire team. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based emotional wellbeing support for children and young people aged 0-19 in a NHS setting.

The post is full-time with potential flexible patterns, operating Monday to Friday 9am–5pm, across a rural county. Travel and safeguarding knowledge are essential, with a strong focus on collaborative care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience of working with people with mental health needs.
• Knowledge of universal children's services.
• Desirable teaching or training qualifications and therapeutic intervention courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based interventions for children and young people with emotional wellbeing needs.
• Travel around Lincolnshire to support services and work flexibly to meet service needs.
• Maintain safeguarding procedures and liaise with other professionals for holistic care.
• Contribute to the development of the Healthy Minds Lincolnshire service.
