Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage sessions and activities for projects.
• Line manage project support workers and foster their development.
• Deliver training sessions for team development.
• Attend strategic meetings to contribute to project discussions.
• Complete student induction meetings.
• Act as a role model and promote positive behavior.
• Work 1:1 with students needing additional support.
• Ensure adherence to risk assessments and safeguarding policies.
