C-Change is seeking Personal Development Workers to join a team supporting Mark in Perthshire. The role involves helping a 16-year-old live in his own home, building independence, pursuing interests, and making meaningful connections in the community.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, and able to bring energy and humour to everyday activities such as sport, cooking, volunteering, and social outings. PVG/SSSC fees are covered, and flexible working options are available.

• Enthusiastic, positive and reliable support staff required.
• Good sense of humour and energy to engage with a young person.

Responsibilities

• Support Mark to build independence and pursue interests.
• Help him meet new people and develop friendships and connections in the local community.
