A community-focused organization is seeking a Youth Development Counselor to support children's development and provide physical and emotional safety in residential programs. The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma, physical restraint capabilities, and a commitment to youth development. This full-time role requires staff to be onsite, with varying shift availability, offering a salary range of $20-$22 per hour.

In this role you will take a caring, personal approach to meeting youth’s basic needs while providing physical and emotional safety.
Job Title: Youth Development Counselor
Reports to: Facility Director, Rose House Close to Home Non Secure Placement
Hours: 40 Hours/Week; Non-Exempt Position Requires Staff to be onsite. Must be available full time for either Day, Evening and/or Overnight Shift. Some weekends will be required.
