  • Maintain an effective filing and communication system to all staff and members.
  • Design, send and maintain relationships for fundraising appeals to various funders.
  • Keep a clean and effective office.
  • Send out regular posters, leaflets, features, and PR to the local press and community.
  • Compile and order all relevant stock for centre.
  • Complete all works as directed by the Centre Manager.

THE EMPLOYER IS: SAINTS YOUTH CENTREThe person responsible will administer the Youth Centre office and provide assistance to staff. They will receive training in administration, fundraising, report writing, minute taking, and Youth Work.Purpose of this role is to support the Centre’s daily administration as well as provide administrative support to projects and staff.
