Young Person Support Worker Parent & Baby - Reference 62

As a Young Person Support Worker, you will be based in Salisbury and will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues, all allowing service users to work towards independent living.

Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends if required to meet the needs of the service and to move between locations as required.

Car driver essential with access to a road worthy vehicle and business insurance.
