Overview

Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Young Person's Practitioner. As a Young Person's Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.
