Job summary

A charitable organization is seeking a Young Carers’ Family Worker to support families of Young Carers facing complex issues. The worker will develop and deliver face-to-face sessions in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. This temporary position offers 21 hours of work per week until July 31, 2026. Ideal candidates should have experience in supporting families and excellent communication skills.

The Junction Foundation is recruiting for a Family worker to work alongside the current Young Carers Team, providing support to Young Carers families with multiple or complex issues through developing and delivering weekly face to face sessions within Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland.
