Job summary

A leading offshore wind developer is offering a Year in Industry placement for students in engineering or marine courses. This opportunity allows candidates to gain hands-on experience and support engineering tasks at the Wind Farm. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate their workload in a dynamic team setting. The role includes mentoring and a development program.

    • the engineering tasks that occur at the Wind Farm
    • Project Management
    • Contractor Management
  • Actively support the team, e.g. with:
    • the completion of engineering projects
    • problem solving
    • root cause analysis
Job requirements and experience
  • You’re an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Engineering or Marine based
  • Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
  • You have very good verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
  • Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
