Job summary

Teach Plus are working with a welcoming primary school in Southall, Ealing, seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher (KS2) to join from January 2027. The successful candidate will lead a Year 6 class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils to achieve academic and personal potential.

Qualifications

• QTS or eligible teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the Year 6 curriculum.
• Lead the Year 6 classroom effectively, maintaining high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil achievement.
• Assess pupil progress regularly and use assessment information to inform future planning and teaching.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports the needs of all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to promote pupil progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support pupils in developing confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours.
