Job summary

Complete Classroom Services Ltd is seeking a passionate Year 5 Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Luton from January 2027. The role is full-time with salary paid to scale, and offers ownership of your own classroom and a chance to contribute to the wider school community.

Candidates should have QTS, primary school experience (KS2 preferred), strong classroom and behaviour management, and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons while maintaining high

Must have QTS and primary school experience.
KS2 experience preferred.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons.
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
Take responsibility for progress, attainment and development of all pupils in the class.
Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Maintain effective communication with parents, carers and colleagues.
Contribute to staff meetings, planning sessions and wider school activities.
