Are you an experienced primary school teacher looking for work in Tipton?

Winner Education are seeking an experienced KS2 teacher for a primary school in the Tipton area. This is a full-time role, with the successful candidate required to start after the Christmas holidays in January and will be on a long-term basis to provide Maternity Cover. You must hold a QTS with previous experience in KS2, in particular Year 5. This role is not suitable for ECT's.

The successful candidate must :
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
  • Have previous experience working in KS2
  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status
  • Be confident in delivering lessons to full class sizes
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Be able to form excellent relationships within the school team as well as pupils and parents
  • Show willing to go ‘above and beyond'
  • Be a reliable and responsible role model
Roles and responsibilities :
  • Lead on lesson planning and preparation
  • Tailor lesson resources and materials to those pupils who require additional support
  • Assessing and providing pupil feedback and progress reports
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
