We are seeking a talented and dedicated Year 5/6 Teacher to join a wonderful school in Melton Mowbray. This is a full-time position beginning in August 2025 and running through to March 2026.

What the School is Looking For:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience teaching in upper Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 6 SATS expereinced).
  • Be confident taking on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and parents evenings.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Be passionate about ensuring all children achieve their full potential, inspiring and motivating pupils to be their very best.
Essential Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure (or be willing to apply for one).
  • Professional reference checks covering the last 10 years of employment history (with any gaps explained).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
