Year 4 Class Teacher – Full-Time

Location: Redditch Area
Contract Type: Long-Term (Monday to Friday)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Redditch area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner or an ECT ready to take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Take full responsibility for the Year 4 class, including planning, marking, and assessment.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Track pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply.
