Job Description

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired
• Use a range of formative and summative assessment to monitor progress and inform next steps
• Promote independent learning, critical thinking, and a growth mindset
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
• Contribute to the wider school community through assemblies, school trips, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate

• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 (desirable but not essential)
