Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B16 area of Birmingham. This full-time role is to start in January and will run for two terms. The school is happy to consider applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are enthusiastic and ready to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, independence, and wellbeing.
• Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:
