Are you a nurturing, energetic, and engaging Year 3 Teacher looking for a rewarding new opportunity this January? We are seeking a dedicated teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the CV37 area, working full-time with a supportive team and a fantastic group of pupils.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class and play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs. Several children in the class have autism, so strong experience in supporting autistic learners and adapting teaching strategies is essential. You will help create a calm, inclusive, and structured environment where all pupils can thrive.
Deliver engaging and well-planned Year 3 lessons aligned with the curriculum
Support pupils with autism using personalised and evidence-based strategies
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
Contribute positively to the wider school community
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching in a UK primary school
Strong experience supporting pupils with autism
Nurturing, patient, engaging, and adaptable teaching style
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
