Role: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)
Start date: January 2026
Salary: £32,916 - £45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications).

About the role

Heart of Supply is delighted to be recruiting Year 3 Supply Teachers to support our valued partner schools across Lincoln and the surrounding areas, commencing January 2026. These rewarding and flexible roles include day-to-day, short-term, and longer-term opportunities within Key Stage 2. You'll have the chance to work in a range of welcoming schools across Lincoln, delivering engaging lessons, following well-prepared plans, and helping to create a positive, consistent learning environment as pupils settle into the early stages of KS2. We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable Primary Teachers who can quickly build rapport with pupils, manage behaviour positively, and bring a calm, confident presence to the classroom. Whether you're supporting children as they deepen their core skills, guiding them through more independent learning, or helping them adjust to the increased expectations of KS2, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.

What you will need:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience in a UK primary setting
