Start Date: November 2025. Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term Placement. Location: Bristol. Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience).

About the Role

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Bristol. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in November 2025, ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality education and making a lasting impact on pupils\' learning.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities
Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
