Year 3 Primary Teacher - M11 Area

Role

Their Year 3 cohort is eager, enthusiastic, and ready for a motivating and caring Year 3 Teacher to guide them through this important stage of their learning journey.

We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join the school's Key Stage 2 team. You will deliver engaging lessons, nurture pupil confidence, and ensure strong progress across reading, writing, and maths.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to Year 3 learning objectives
  • Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
  • Use assessment to track progress and inform next steps
  • Support pupils' transition into lower KS2 and promote strong foundational skills
  • Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and support staff
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Skills & Qualifications
Essential
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching at primary level (Year 3 experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge learners
Desirable
  • Experience supporting learners across KS2
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
