Year 3/4 Teacher – Full-time, long-term temporary from January 2026 until March 2026

This is an excellent opportunity for a Year 3/4 Teacher to join a supportive and forward‑thinking school environment. Duties as Year 3/4 Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 and Year 4 pupils in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning
  • Create a positive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and implement effective classroom management strategies
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
Ideal Year 3/4 Teacher:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Previous experience teaching in a primary setting, ideally in lower KS2
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
