  • Promote a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, school leaders and other staff to ensure pupils' achievement, behaviour and welfare.
  • Support the pastoral care of pupils, modelling and promoting the school's values.
We are looking for a teacher who
  • Holds QTS and has experience of teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to raise achievement, especially in reading, writing and mathematics.
  • Is committed to inclusion and can adapt provision for a wide range of learners, including those with special educational needs.
  • Embraces the values of the school community and contributes positively to school life both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Is reflective, proactive and keen to collaborate in a smaller school context where flexibility and team‑spirit matter.
