A respected education provider is seeking a full-time Year 2 Teacher for a Church of England primary school in Putney starting January 2026. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and maintain a positive classroom environment while supporting diverse student needs. Applicants must hold QTS and have KS1 teaching experience. This role offers a long-term contract until July 2026, within a nurturing school community focused on student growth.
This position is for a full-time Year 2 class teacher, starting in January, taking over an engaged and settled class. Pupils are enthusiastic and working across a range of abilities, with clear differentiation already embedded in planning to ensure all children access the curriculum and make strong progress. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across all subjects, assessing learning, and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment.
You will work alongside experienced teachers in the key stage, as well as supportive teaching assistants, with regular opportunities for shared planning and collaboration.
