Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 or Year 1 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Passion for developing young learners and helping them succeed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and report pupil progress effectively.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and external agencies.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing.
