A reputable education agency is seeking a part-time Year 1 Teacher for a two-term contract at a well-regarded primary school in March. The role involves teaching the KS1 curriculum over three days a week, with collaboration from an experienced Year 2 teacher. The ideal candidate will have KS1 teaching experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to foster an inclusive classroom environment. Salary ranges from £140 to £224 per day depending on experience. This position starts in February 2026.
Vision for Education are looking for a part-time Year 1 Teacher to take up a two term contract in a lovely, well regarded primary school in March.
The role is 3 days per week, most likely to be Monday to Wednesday. The desired Primary Teacher will be confident with delivery and planning of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and be able to effectively communicate with the phase leader with regards to pupil progress and the topics covered. They will be working alongside a very experienced Year 2 teacher who is happy to take the lead on the planning. The successful candidate will be expected to teach all core and foundation subjects and have good behaviour management skills, acting in line with the school s values and ethos. The school are looking for an engaging and creative practitioner of any experience level. The role is set to commence in February 2026.
