They are now seeking a committed Year 1 Teacher to join their team for a maternity cover position starting in January.

The Role

As the Year 1 Class Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children as they transition through the early stages of their primary education. You’ll deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire curiosity, build foundational skills, and support children’s personal, social, and emotional development.

This role is ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic, nurturing, and passionate about giving young learners the very best start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging teaching to a Year 1 class
  • Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with the KS1 curriculum

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 experience desirable but not essential)
